Maeley's 9th birthday

It's hard to believe this girl is 9. Maeley is smart, confident, silly, full of giggles, sometimes bossy, and kind. What I love about Maeley is her confidence. It really surprises me. She still loves to read. She is doing well in school and goes above and beyond what is expected. She's definitely getting older and isn't interested in many toys these days except her American Girl doll and Lego's.

Happy Birthday Maeley!
Mom and Dad love you.

Zoe's 6th birthday

Zoe is such a sweet, loving, kind, silly, and unique girl. She is always willing to share, always says nice things, she truly is optimistic. She sees the good in everyone and every situation. I feel so lucky to be her mom. I learn so much from her.

Happy Birthday sweetie!
Mom and Dad love you.

Maeley and Zoe's Birthday party

Another year older and wiser too
Happy Birthday to you!

These girls are so beautiful.

The girls chose Frozen this year because their was so compromise.
Maeley likes Elsa and Zoe likes Anna.

Another amazing cake made by Laurel.

These cookies are incredible.

It was fun watching them open their presents.

Thanks to everyone who came. Maeley and Zoe had a wonderful party!

Halloween 2014

A witch, a cowboy and a black cat.

Our neighbors and I had been collecting milk jugs for about 2 months to have enough to fill our 4 houses. It was cute and we had many compliments by trick or treaters.

I was surprised for a Friday there wasn't as many trick-or-treaters out. Our kids still came home with a ridiculous amount of candy. After eating too much candy over the weekend. We took most of their candy to the orthodontist for cash. We turned in 9lbs of candy! I'm so happy our kids like doing that.

Character Breakfast

Before leaving we did some shopping at the World of Disney Store and went to find some breakfast. We decided to end our trip with a character breakfast at our hotel.

Overall the trip was wonderful and worth all the waiting and sacrifice it took to finally do this.
I love my family!

Disneyland- Thursday

Entertaining ourselves while we waited in line before the park opened.

First in line!

While the boys went on Space Mountain the girls and I did Peter Pan and Dumbo.

Zoe refused to go on Splash Mountain again so I took Maeley and Chase.

Sadly it stopped working almost immediately after we got on.

It was cool going behind the scenes of the ride. We also got a Fast Pass for up to 6 people to use again on nearly any ride. We chose Grizzly River Run.

This was definitely a highlight of the trip. Zoe finally meeting Daisy Duck! She loves Daisy Duck!

I absolutely love how they are wearing the same colors! She was one happy kid!

Chase was getting sleepy so Derek took him and Zoe back to the hotel. Maeley and I went on Splash Mountain again and then some shopping before heading back to the hotel.
This is clearly a terrible phone picture but Maeley's face is priceless!
