Christmas 2016

Merry Christmas 2016
Because Christmas was on a Sunday we decided to go to church with my parents. Their church was at 9 so we decided to open presentsafter we got back. We did let the kids open their stockings before we left though.

After church:
We got back into our Christmas jammies!
The kids didn't think it was right to be dressed up opening Christmas presents.

We each got a pair of Toy Story Vans. Best part is they are all the same size! That means when they grow out of them they are all mine!

Another great Christmas. The kids are still into Lego's and American Girl.

Christmas Eve

It has become a tradition to go to my sister Laurel's house on Christmas Eve for brunch.

My parents got this huge Jenga set from Laurel and Zach. It was so much fun to play.

We love our Christmas jammies!

It's also tradition for the kids to exchange their presents on Christmas Eve.
I love Zoe in this picture as she's waiting for Maeley to open the present from her.

Maeley got Chase the Jack Skellington Mickey.

Chase got Zoe this necklace that says Love that has a Mickey head on it.
Everyone was so happy. They all got each others gifts at Disneyland.

I absolutely love this family of mine!

December randoms

We wanted to give the kids a chance to earn spending money for Disneyland so we decided if they beat their AR (accelerated reader) goal for the quarter they would get $20. They took it seriously and each hit their goal.

Front row, next to the boy in the middle. Her good friend Sydney is next to her.

At school Zoe's grade sang a few songs for the Christmas program. It's always fun to watch the kids perform.

Buddy the Elf did NOT disappoint this year. They love the Christmas Lego's they get each year from him.

First batch of sugar cookies. We made it simple this year.

Loving having helpers.

Family pictures 2016 at Disneyland

Beware. Picture overload.

When we decided to take a trip to Disneyland before Christmas I thought why not get our family pictures taken there as well? So I began searching for photographers that shoot at Disneyland.

We went through Flytographer and had Samantha. She was fantastic. I would highly recommend going through Flytographer if you are traveling somewhere and need a destination photographer. They have photographers around the world. Samantha was so kind and knew some great places to take pictures.

There were so many great pictures. I will treasure these forever!

Typically this backdrop is hidden by the long line to get a Dole whip.

This is inside the Lily Belle. We had never been inside before but a castmember saw us talking family pictures and let us come inside. Such a neat train.

It was so sunny but worth it to have a picture in front of the castle.

While we were taking a couple pictures the kids were listening to Merida tell some stories by the wishing well.

Then we went on a stroll with her.

The kids were such good sports about getting pictures done and didn't complain at all that they were missing out on rides.

This trip hands down has been the best family vacation we've taken so far. I love my family and I love making fun memories together. These pictures will always be so special to me.
Thanks again Samantha
