September

We took the girls to the new American Girl store in Scottsdale. Of course they loved it!

My new favorite faux ice cream. It seems to always be sold out so its rare if I can get it at Sprout's.

Chase has become obsessed with breakfast burritos lately. Here he is watching dad prepare the food.

A lazy Sunday

The kiddos did great for our ward Primary Program.

Some of our fall decorations.

August

Ready for school!

Zoe and I were wearing coordinating colors so we had to take a picture.

Then it happened again at church. I love that Zoe notices these things and wants to document it.

Maeley and Zoe hijacking my phone and taking selfies. The best is when they leave video.

August was busy with getting back into the school routine and surviving the hot weather. August was also the month I found out I have food allergies. Or really intolerance's towards dairy, eggs, gluten/wheat/spelt, and peanuts. After my sister found out she has Hostimoto's disease along with food allergies and realizing my mom is the same way I figured I'd better get checked. To be honest I was really hoping I took after my dad and could bypass these issues. That wasn't the case. The cookies above are dairy free, gluten free, egg free, and soy free. They are pretty good too. Zoe was happy to have some as we look her off eggs to see if that was likely causing her frequent headaches and it really has cut down on them significantly.

Back to School

We had such a great summer and it came to an end too soon.

How did they get so big?

I seriously love these kids. I love each of their very different personalities. Can't wait t see how much they grow over the next school year.

Chase's birthday and baptism

Its been a tradition with Chase to go to the Disney Store on his birthday. Disney know's how to make you feel special.

I love my little buddy. He is so sweet. He wants to be a good kid and do whats right. He tries hard in school and has some great friends. I love when he wants to help me out with cleaning or anything else I may need. He still needs reminders about picking up his Legos and cleaning his room.   He is growing up too fast.

Chase's love for Legos is not going away anytime soon.

He was so excited to start Cub Scouts! I still have to add the patches to his shirt.

We found this shirt at Gymboree and it looks just like my sisters dog Gizmo!

Chase had an Indiana Jones birthday party!

Laurel out did herself again!

His baptism was so special and he was thrilled it was finally time to get baptized.

My handsome boys!

Chase is so much like his dad its crazy!

4th of July

In the morning on the 4th of July we went to my parents for breakfast and have a small flag raising ceremony. I think its good for the kids to see how to be respectful of the American flag and for what it represents.

Zoe always seems to be emotional when we take family pictures.

The kids enjoyed watching the fireworks from the rooftop of my car.
