Randoms in May

Zoe's sporting her new shirt she got from Tama and Papa. They had just been to Disneyland. I am wearing the one they gave Maeley! In my defense its a little big on her. Funny though I can wear it! 

Surprised the kids on May 4th with a box of Star Wars cereal. They don't get cereal like this so it was a special treat that day. 

We finally got ourselves an umbrella. We ate outside so much during the spring and early summer. Now we are waiting for it to cool down a bit. 

Enjoying some smores. 

Mine is just a  roasted marshmallow with allergy free chocolate chips melted on top.

Last day of school celebration at the pool with friends! 

Memorial Day we were near Riverview so we stopped at the park to play. 

Then went to Bass Pro Shop and meet Smokey the Bear! 

We had a great start to summer! 

Zoe's Spring performance

I forgot to post about Zoe's performance that was the end of April. 

She did such a great job singing and dancing especially during her solo parts. 

Zoe is such a fun little girl!   

Last Day of School 2016

Last day of 1st grade

They are growing way to fast! Only 2 more years of them in the same school together until high school. 

Father and Son camp out

Mother's Day

Caught washing dishes on Mother's Day. 

I love this crazy family of mine! I'm so grateful I get to me the mom to these good, silly and adorable kids. They help me become the person I want to become. Can I just add that Derek is so great with the kids. He is definitely the fun parent and knows how to make our kids laugh and have a good time. 

Cub Scouts

Chase worked hard during spring break and earned several belt loops and even his Wolf badge. Our ward was split the end of April so the "old" ward got together one last time for a Pack Meeting to hand out all the awards the boys had earned together.

It's been quite the process of getting the new ward setup for cub scouts. Next week he finally starts weekly den meetings again. It's been over 2.5 months. He is very eager and excited to start the new group as a Bear! 

Easter

It doesn't feel like Easter unless you color eggs.

I absolutely love my little family. They bring so much joy into my life. 

We are just a bunch of crazies though! 

Spring Break 2016

Chase, along with Derek worked on passing off Cub Scout stuff.  Chase planted these succulents for me.

We had a garage sale at my parents house during spring break. Their front yard is amazing when the leaves come in. 

Derek's parents added a zip line in their backyard. Chase got to try it out first. 

I got to take the girls to Peter Piper Pizza for them to get their free personal pizza that they earned from school. 

Free Ice Cream Cone day at Dairy Queen. You cannot let that pass you up. 

We met up with friends and enjoyed a splash pad. 

These 3 were even brave enough to take a swim. Not me, the water was way too cold.
